Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and cross-functional execution, the full-time remote Senior Director of Product Management will oversee MarketScan data products, aligning teams to enhance healthcare insights and expand market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term strategy for MarketScan, aligning priorities with corporate growth objectives and market demand
• Own end-to-end portfolio leadership across MarketScan offerings, including roadmap management and performance tracking
• Engage with strategic customers and partners to build trust, gather market intelligence, and shape the external perspective on MarketScan

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or data/analytics platforms, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Expert understanding of market needs and growth opportunities within real-world data and healthcare claims data
• Proven success leading complex product portfolios in healthcare or research solutions
• Strong understanding of healthcare data expectations, including privacy and governance
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PhD) preferred
