Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the vision and execution strategy for key AI capabilities, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will define product roadmaps and manage a team while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for AI Data Engine capabilities, including GenAI/RAG pipelines and intelligent data governance
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of customer obsession and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to translate enterprise AI pain points into differentiated product solutions and drive go-to-market strategies

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or director-level role at a B2B enterprise software or cloud company
• Deep domain knowledge in AI/ML, data infrastructure, or cloud-native platforms, with hands-on experience in related product development
• Proven track record of leading product teams and managing roadmaps for enterprise-scale products from concept through launch
• Experience with GenAI, RAG architectures, or agentic AI workflows preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
