Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading product strategy for MIP Accounting in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Director of Product Management will define a multi-year vision, drive alignment across teams, and leverage AI tools to enhance product development and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate a bold vision for fund accounting and financial management, translating it into a multi-year product strategy
• Own product family roadmap creation and support Product Managers in aligning initiatives with business objectives
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering professional growth and succession planning

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 12+ years in a software/SaaS environment, including 10+ years in product management leadership
• Demonstrated meaningful use of AI tools in product management workflows
• Proven track record in leading teams through transformation processes and translating visions into product strategies
• Advanced industry knowledge in accounting or financial management software, particularly for nonprofits or government finance
• Strong experience with Jira and AI-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping and decision-making
