Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction for the DEWALT Construction Technology product portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will oversee a team focused on AI, IoT, and software solutions, driving innovation and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-capable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and multi-year strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers across various technology domains
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management with significant leadership roles in technology-driven industries
• Proven success in leading and scaling product teams, particularly in AI/ML, IoT, and cloud-based software
• Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen
• Experience with commercialization of new technologies and go-to-market strategies
