Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap for the shared platform foundation, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will lead a team of 5-6 product managers, driving end-to-end platform strategy and execution in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and own end-to-end platform strategy, vision, and roadmap across BioSim and ChemSim, including build-vs-buy decisions
• Hire, grow, and lead a team of 5-6 PM ICs across various domains, driving key deliverables personally until the team is fully ramped
• Establish a data-driven operating rhythm: define metrics, present them in business reviews, and drive course corrections based on OKRs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years managing individual contributors
• Strong platform or infrastructure product background, such as MLOps or data platforms
• A track record of building and shipping enterprise-grade commercial platforms
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and enterprise security/compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
