Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a complex product portfolio, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Product Management will define multi-year product strategy, develop product leaders, and manage cross-functional challenges while working onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for a highly complex portfolio, identifying key business problems to solve over a multi-year horizon
• Lead and develop Directors and Senior Managers, focusing on building product leadership capability across teams
• Anticipate and solve complex, cross-functional problems, collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial leadership

Required qualifications

• Proven experience developing product leaders, such as Directors or Senior Managers
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy for a large or highly complex portfolio with interdependencies
• Ability to make multi-year decisions under uncertainty and articulate the reasoning behind them
• Experience managing budgets and making resource trade-offs with financial accountability
• Strong background in navigating cross-functional complexity and building strategic partnerships
