Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the development of the Affirm Card and Card Platform, the full-time remote Senior Director of Product Management will define strategy, manage a high-performing team, and drive business outcomes across this key product area.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Card domain, including defining the multi-year vision and overseeing product and platform performance
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization by managing PMs and establishing product standards
• Drive business outcomes at scale, focusing on GMV, engagement, and profitability while aligning with senior stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management with a focus on multi-team product areas or platforms
• Proven track record of managing large domains or business lines with significant financial impact
• Experience in building high-performing PM teams and establishing scalable systems and processes
• Background in payments, cards, fintech, or related infrastructure with experience in both consumer-facing products and backend platforms
• Strong ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders and make data-driven decisions
