Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team of product managers and designers, the full-time remote Senior Director of Product Management will drive the evolution of AI-powered endpoint management solutions while enhancing product operations, team development, and strategic alignment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve product management practices and refine the product development lifecycle for high-velocity delivery
• Build and develop a high-performing product management organization focused on measurable business outcomes and accountability
• Modernize customer discovery and product validation practices to ensure alignment with customer needs and drive adoption and retention

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a SaaS environment at the $20M-$100M ARR stage
• Proven success in leading product teams through operational and organizational scaling
• Demonstrated experience with product lifecycle management and outcome-based roadmapping
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, and customer onboarding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a high emotional intelligence
