Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the Health Plans Product function, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will develop product strategy, manage complex health plan initiatives, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, operating model, and priorities for health plan initiatives
• Identify and translate complex client and regulatory needs into actionable business requirements
• Provide leadership and direction to team members throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or healthcare solutions
• Significant experience leading product or requirements teams in healthcare or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of health plan or benefits-related capabilities
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive and cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
