Key responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year product vision and annual strategy for Allied Health product lines, prioritizing growth vectors and market opportunities
- Build and develop a high-performing product management team, establishing clear expectations and standards for product discovery and outcomes
- Drive measurable growth and total addressable market expansion by launching new products and ensuring accountability for commercial outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product management or software engineering with demonstrated commercial impact
- 5+ years of experience managing teams of product managers in a product-led technology company
- Proven track record of launching new products that achieve measurable commercial results
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Legal
- Demonstrated use of AI to create commercial value and solve business problems
