Senior Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Leading the definition of technology solutions for Patient Services, the full-time remote Senior Director of Product Management will manage product vision, prioritize the product backlog, and act as a strategic liaison among business stakeholders, operations, and technology leadership to ensure impactful patient access and affordability solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and client needs
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the product backlog reflects real-world requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in healthcare, life sciences, or patient support services
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy services or patient access programs
- Experience with backlog management and user story writing
- Certification as a Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent is a plus
