Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and commercial trajectory of the ChemSim business, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will manage a team focused on delivering AI-driven materials discovery solutions while ensuring compliance with the CHIPS Act R&D program and expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ChemSim product strategy, vision, and roadmap, including contractual deliverables and market expansion
• Hire, develop, and lead a team of product managers across key verticals, driving deliverables until the team is fully ramped
• Define and execute the ChemSim commercial strategy, including go-to-market approaches and customer segmentation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years managing teams of individual contributors
• Strong domain expertise in materials science, chemistry, or chemical engineering
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML-driven scientific or engineering platform products at enterprise scale
• Experience building and executing B2B go-to-market strategies for technical software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; MBA or equivalent business leadership experience is a plus
