Job Summary
Leading multiple new teams focused on early-stage discovery and AI-enabled product opportunities, the full-time Senior Director of Product Management will manage the Explorations portfolio, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans while fostering a high-performing product culture in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead early-stage discovery initiatives and define learning agendas to clarify customer problems and evaluate product opportunities
- Coach product managers and cross-functional teams in developing testable hypotheses and measurable outcomes
- Facilitate complex, cross-functional working sessions to drive decision-making and alignment across diverse stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or related fields with a focus on high-impact product portfolios
- Proven expertise in customer discovery, product strategy, and translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes
- Experience leading early-stage discovery and incubation programs in regulated environments
- Strong fluency with AI-enabled product development and responsible experimentation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
