Senior Director of Product Management

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and execution in a remote setting, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Product Management will oversee the development of AI-native solutions for Risk Adjustment, RADV/Audit Readiness, and Quality, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with health plan executives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product strategy for Risk Adjustment and Quality solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and market differentiation
• Direct product managers to create a unified product experience by integrating risk analytics and audit tools into a seamless platform
• Build relationships with plan executives to address operational challenges and support go-to-market initiatives, enhancing product-market fit

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management or technology leadership roles, with 5+ years in Risk Adjustment, RADV/Audit, or Quality solutions for health plans
• Deep expertise in Risk Adjustment methodologies and coding workflows relevant to healthcare
• Proven experience in integrating AI/ML capabilities into healthcare processes
• Successful track record of launching SaaS products within complex payer environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field; Master's/Advanced degree preferred
