Senior Director of Product Management
Job Summary
Leading the execution of leasing platforms, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Product Management will manage day-to-day product delivery, build and coach a team of product managers, and advocate for customer needs while leveraging AI and automation in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap across multiple leasing platforms, managing cross-product dependencies and aligning with strategic goals
- Build and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability within the product organization
- Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and optimization, establishing success metrics related to adoption and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in multifamily, real estate, or adjacent proptech sectors
- Proven track record of strategy and execution for complex, multi-product platforms
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ML, SQL, analytics, and modern SaaS architectures
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
