Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience in building and scaling operational teams
• Proven success in leading complex operational frameworks across hardware and software
• Experience with agile software development and modern product management practices
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building operational KPIs and reporting frameworks
