Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product operations or project management within SaaS or technology organizations
• 5+ years of experience leading Agile environments
• Proven experience managing Technical Product Managers and large-scale product operations
• Skilled in using Jira, Confluence, and analytics/BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
