Senior Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

Driving cross-product alignment and governance, the full-time Senior Director of Product Operations will define and scale a unified Product Management methodology across various financial product lines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a standardized Product Management framework and governance across product lifecycles
• Drive cross-product dependency management and integration strategies to ensure consistent methodology adoption
• Define and implement standardized KPIs and build executive-ready dashboards for product performance management

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading Product Management operating models across multiple product domains
• Demonstrated success in driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Engineering, and Compliance
• Strong understanding of regulated product development practices and audit readiness
• Experience establishing KPI/OKR frameworks and performance reporting
• Track record of leading operational excellence and workflow automation initiatives
