Senior Director of Product Operations

Job Summary

To enhance the company's Product Operating Model, the full-time Senior Director of Product Operations will design, scale, and continuously improve operational processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the company's Product Operating Model, establishing consistent practices for strategy, planning, and governance
• Lead annual and quarterly planning processes, connecting company strategy to product investments and providing visibility into portfolio performance
• Establish and lead the commercialization framework, ensuring cross-functional readiness and measuring adoption and business impact post-launch

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Strategy
• Proven success in building and scaling high-performing product organizations
• Deep knowledge of modern product operating models and outcome-based planning
• Experience implementing product metrics, portfolio management, and governance frameworks
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills with a passion for customer-centric product development
