Senior Director of Product Services

Job Summary

Driving the commercialization of managed services offerings, the full-time Senior Director of Product Services will lead the integration of the Innovaccer Flow platform, focusing on AI adoption and operational transformation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercialization of managed services, including service catalog development and pricing structure definition
• Lead efforts to embed AI into service delivery, creating adoption roadmaps and quantifying efficiency gains
• Identify operational inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements for automation development

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in health IT product management, services strategy, or RCM operations
• Deep familiarity with revenue cycle workflows and payer operations, including EDI X12 and FHIR R4
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively at executive levels
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex programs
• Experience in documenting workflows for automation development and driving technology adoption
