Senior Director of Product Strategy

Job Summary

Owning solution strategy and value stream alignment for an assigned portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Product Strategy will act as the senior subject-matter authority on portfolio strategy, market landscape, and industry trends while partnering across various teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own value stream and product solution strategy alignment across the assigned product portfolio
• Partner in a matrixed model across aligned product portfolios and value streams
• Define solution scope, sequencing, and investment priorities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a related strategic role, ideally within healthcare technology or payments
• 3+ years of experience leading strategy for a product portfolio or value stream, including business case development
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term strategy, ROI models, and business cases that inform executive investment decisions
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Strong track record partnering cross-functionally with various teams in a matrixed organization
