• Oversee all stages of content production, including creative development, budgeting, scheduling, and post-production
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier creative and production talent while fostering a collaborative culture

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in design, production, or related field
• Proven track record of building and leading teams in a studio/production environment
• 10+ years of experience in Production Design or related field
• 8+ years of experience leading and managing a team in a creative agency or internal creative group
• Expert knowledge of creative processes and digital creative software tools
