Job Summary

Overseeing large-scale, multi-channel projects, the full-time Senior Director of Production will drive operational improvements and ensure high-quality execution while managing key client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and implement production strategies within assigned projects and teams
• Oversee complex projects to ensure flawless execution and serve as the senior escalation point for major challenges
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, leading account expansions and positioning the agency as a strategic partner

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in production leadership roles
• Proven success managing complex portfolios and scaling agency operations
• Strong business development and operational strategy experience
• Expertise in client management, contract negotiations, and production execution
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain stationary or standing for extended periods
