Senior Director of Production Planning

Job Summary

Driving enterprise production planning initiatives, the Senior Director of Production Planning will lead material replenishment and production scheduling across all manufacturing sites, shaping strategies and building capabilities in a hybrid work environment based in Hopkins, Marshall, MN, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and elevate enterprise production planning, ensuring reliable delivery to customers while optimizing inventory and minimizing waste
• Design and implement a standardized, scalable planning operating model and governance structure
• Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure executable, data-driven plans that meet business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing, preferably in a CPG/food environment
• Proven success in leading enterprise planning and scheduling organizations at scale
• Deep expertise in production planning and inventory optimization in complex, multi-site environments
• Strong systems and data orientation with ERP/MRP experience, preferably SAP
