Senior Director of Products

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Products and Solutions (Remote/Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of the product strategy and related programs
• Define and maintain the statewide products and solutions roadmap for the PHMI Innovaccer platform
• Supervise and grow the product and implementation teams to achieve organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and master's or advanced degree in healthcare administration, information systems, public health, or a related field; clinical background preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in product management, digital health solutions, or healthcare technology implementation
• Proven success in leading product strategy and lifecycle management for healthcare platforms
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and value-based care operations
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing relationships across technology vendors and clinical practices
