Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Professional Services and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for professional services and customer support initiatives
  • Steward and build a high-performing team across Solutions Engineering, Customer Education, and Customer Technical Support
  • Drive results by owning revenue commitments and resolving customer issues while enhancing support operations
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in services and support leadership, preferably in the K-12 and Higher Education sectors
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and launching Professional Services offerings
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and sales operations
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales process optimization and forecasting
  • Prior P&L or cost center responsibility is advantageous
