Senior Director of Professional Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Americas Professional Services and Customer Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the regional Professional Services P&L, including revenue targets and gross margin objectives
• Oversee the successful implementation of all Americas-based projects, ensuring they are on-time, on-budget, and high-quality
• Design and mentor a high-performing Americas Professional Services organization, including Implementation Consultants and Project Managers

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in professional services management and customer onboarding
• Strong background in P&L management and operational efficiency
• Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex projects
• Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for customer success
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP and Agile
