Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Program Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization's fraud, waste, and abuse program, ensuring compliance and effectiveness
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and oversee fraud detection and investigation processes
• Lead the development of fraud prevention initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred; substantial professional experience may substitute for formal education
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in a compliance leadership role required
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with fraud waste and abuse management in healthcare and regulatory relationships
• Certification as CFE or AHFI is highly desirable
