Senior Director of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated Product Development plans, timelines, and budgets for pipeline assets
• Act as a liaison between Research and Development leaders and functional teams, disseminating key decisions and updates
• Manage and mentor a team of program managers, enhancing team performance and fostering professional development

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 12+ years of biotechnology industry experience
• In-depth knowledge of drug development from early to late-stage clinical trials to regulatory submission
• Demonstrated people management skills, specifically managing other program managers
• Experience in BLA/NDA filings
• Experience in Smartsheet is preferred but not required
