Senior Director of Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive/Senior Director of Global Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a complex, multi-tumor program, ensuring milestone delivery while maintaining quality and safety
• Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders, facilitating decisive outcomes and ensuring program visibility
• Lead program execution, proactively resolving challenges and managing planning and risk management

Required Qualifications

• MS or MBA in Life Sciences or related field
• 10+ years of drug development experience in matrix teams, including pharmaceutical consulting
• Experience in project management using PM principles, including risk management and execution
• Proficient in maintaining project plans, budgets, and documentation in Planisware
• Experience leading large, cross-functional oncology programs is preferred
