Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Portfolio and Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global development and execution of integrated program strategies across clinical, technical, regulatory, and commercial functions
• Oversee PMO governance frameworks and operational processes to ensure successful development of ophthalmology assets
• Build and mentor a high-performing program management team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related STEM field required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical drug development and program management
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and global development programs
• Deep understanding of clinical development, regulatory pathways, and manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrixed environment and influence at the executive level
