Senior Director of Program Management

Job Summary

Senior Director of Program Management is a full-time position responsible for leading a cross-functional team to manage program execution in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional program team to ensure alignment with corporate goals and execution of program strategy
• Act as the primary contact for the program, overseeing all related information, including strategy, scope, deliverables, and timelines
• Facilitate decision-making processes and maintain program-related documentation while fostering strong relationships across the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or a related field, or relevant experience
• At least 12 years of project management experience in the biotechnology industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Preferred experience in cell therapy
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
