Senior Director of Program Management

Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives in Operations, the full-time Senior Director of Program Management will manage program execution, process transformation, and resource prioritization while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead a centralized Operations program management function across Network Solutions
• Partner with Technology and Product leaders to optimize end-to-end operational workflows
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Operations program managers and process analysts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or transformation leadership roles
• Minimum of 5 years of people management experience
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational and cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
