Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, PDS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies aligned with client-specific goals
• Oversee marketing strategies and maintain direct P&L accountability for corporate client teams
• Manage and mentor senior-level team members, making critical decisions regarding talent and performance management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, architecture, or engineering required; master's degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM
• Experience managing global corporate real estate portfolios across multiple markets
• Proven track record of successful change management and process improvement initiatives
• Experience implementing and refining best practices within large organizations
