Senior Director of Project Management

Job Summary

Leading the Project Management functions for Global Health & Life Sciences, the remote Senior Director of Project Management will oversee multiple project management teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of client work while managing individual projects and supporting commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution of the Project Management functional strategy, translating business priorities into operational plans and performance measures
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring effective management of timelines, scope, budget, and client communications
• Identify and resolve complex operational issues, driving consistent project management practices and maintaining accountability for financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of project management or related experience, including leading teams or functions
• Proven ability to manage complex project delivery issues and communicate effectively with executive leadership
• Strong expertise in project financial management and operational compliance within healthcare or life sciences
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred
