Senior Director of Proposal Strategy

Job Summary

Leading proposal development efforts, the full-time Senior Director of Proposal Strategy will manage all phases of federal proposal operations remotely, ensuring high-quality submissions and compliance while collaborating with various teams to create compelling proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute federal proposal development from solicitation through submission
• Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and management plans while coordinating contributors and resources
• Draft and edit proposal content, ensuring alignment with win themes and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in federal government contracting, including capture and proposal management
• Proven success in leading large federal pursuits from qualification to contract award
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and competitive procurement environments
• Experience managing proposal teams and coordinating cross-functional resources
