• 15+ years of experience, with 10+ years in healthcare consulting or a strategic role
• 7+ years of experience collaborating and influencing at the executive level
• 5+ years of experience defining and deploying strategies at the company level
• Master's degree from a top-tier program in business, health administration, or a related field is a plus
