Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Value Based Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of Provider Relations Managers to achieve provider performance and satisfaction metrics
• Analyzes and communicates financial, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvement in provider performance
• Collaborates with internal departments to resolve network and operational challenges and supports provider performance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience in provider relations
• 5+ years of management experience
• Understanding of HEDIS and STARS measures
• Knowledge of Risk and Value-Based contractual arrangements
