Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise MSO operating model for direct providers and hospital groups
• Standardize workflows across internal functions to enhance operational integration
• Lead provider performance enablement initiatives to improve satisfaction and outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of leadership experience in provider operations or healthcare operations
• 7+ years of experience in workflow standardization or provider performance enablement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related)
• Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black, PMP, or Agile certification
