• Design and implement the enterprise MSO operating model for various provider relationships
• Standardize workflows across internal functions to enhance operational integration
• Develop performance enablement strategies to improve provider satisfaction and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in provider operations or healthcare operations
• 7+ years leading initiatives in workflow standardization or performance enablement
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related)
• Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black, PMP, or Agile certification
