Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy execution across the Public Sector & Policy portfolio by translating team strategy into clear priorities and implementation plans
• Manage and develop staff while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Design and implement multi-state and local strategies that operationalize skills-based hiring reforms

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public policy, government operations, legislative strategy, or systems reform
• Strong understanding of state and local government operations, particularly in workforce systems
• Proven ability to turn vision into actionable plans and results
• Experience in diagnosing structural barriers and crafting resource-aware solutions
• Commitment to equity and economic mobility, with preferred lived experience as a STAR
