Senior Director of Public Policy

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of the public policy agenda, the full-time Senior Director of Public Policy will direct a team in Washington, DC, collaborating with various internal functions to advance strategic policy objectives and maintain high-level relationships with healthcare policy leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with senior leadership to shape the U.S. public policy agenda in alignment with strategic goals
• Develops and executes comprehensive policy strategies, analyzing legislative and regulatory developments impacting the business
• Guides internal teams on adapting to federal and state laws, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and initiatives

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in health policy, Public Health, Public Affairs, or a related field preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in health policy or government sectors, with a focus on payer/commercial expertise
• A minimum of 5 years managing high-performing teams and developing talent
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance guidance
• Deep understanding of the U.S. biopharmaceutical market and healthcare reform
