• Partner with the SVP to translate team strategy into clear priorities and implementation plans
• Manage and develop staff while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Design and drive strategies that operationalize skills-based hiring reforms across multiple states and localities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public policy, government operations, or systems reform
• Deep understanding of state and local government operations, particularly in workforce systems
• Proven ability to turn vision into actionable plans and results
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges
• Commitment to equity and economic mobility, with lived experience as a STAR preferred
