Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Public Services Organizing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute public services campaigns on revenue and anti-austerity
• Coordinate and convene local unions and community groups for strategic campaign support
• Oversee the work of campaign directors and researchers to build community-labor partnerships

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in organizing for social change, including 5 years on strategic corporate campaigns
• Minimum of 3 years in public services organizing and managing staff
• Demonstrated commitment to anti-racist practices and building trust with diverse staff
• Ability to work effectively in politically sensitive environments
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as needed
