Senior Director of PV Client Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, PV Client Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage policies related to pharmacovigilance (PV) and client support
• Monitor financial targets and evaluate productivity and efficiency of teams
• Lead and coach Client Services and Indian teams, ensuring compliance and quality in operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, or project management, preferably in the CRO industry
• Experience in supporting and writing RFI and RFP responses
• Strong knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry
• Expertise in Excel and Excel-based pricing tools; VBA experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
