Senior Director of Quality Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the transformation to AI-native quality engineering, the full-time Senior Director of Quality Engineering will define and execute the company's quality strategy across product delivery and customer experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the shift to AI-native quality engineering and continuous deployment by establishing quality standards and automation frameworks
• Own the AI Quality Engineering Center of Excellence, enabling teams to adopt intelligent automation and improve defect prevention
• Ensure quality across the customer journey by partnering with various teams to enhance implementation, upgrades, and support processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10+ years in a senior engineering role with 5+ years in leadership positions
• Proven experience in building Quality Engineering Centers of Excellence and enterprise automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of AI-native quality engineering and continuous deployment practices
• Experience in managing organizational transformation and influencing cross-functional teams
