Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Global Quality Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Quality strategic plan aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the Quality department's budget and manage global Quality systems for compliance and efficiency
• Lead talent management initiatives, ensuring team engagement and alignment with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare, technology, or related industry
• Advanced analytic skills and understanding of drug development and regulatory processes
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering innovative business results
• Strong project management experience in a collaborative environment
