Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global raw materials strategy aligned with business priorities
• Lead commercial strategy and execution for key raw material categories
• Build and manage a differentiated supplier portfolio and establish executive-level relationships

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in chemical industry procurement and/or supply chain roles
• Experience managing large, complex raw material spend ($500M+ preferred)
• Significant experience leading global teams in international environments
• Proven track record of delivering commercial impact in volatile markets
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing, R&D, finance, and commercial leadership
