Job Summary

Providing senior leadership in a remote setting, the full-time Senior Director of RCM Optimization will manage insurance operations transformation, oversee denial management and performance improvement initiatives, and drive financial outcomes through process optimization and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive RCM optimization strategy across insurance operations
• Oversee denial management and high-dollar AR strategy, ensuring robust root cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Lead the development and execution of the RCM automation roadmap, enhancing operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• Deep expertise in insurance operations and denial management
• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation and performance improvement initiatives
• Strong financial acumen, including ROI modeling and revenue optimization
