Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Director of R&D, this role will manage cross-functional execution of early-stage ventures, partnering with various teams to transform concepts into validated products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution across early-stage ventures, collaborating with engineering, data science, and commercial teams
• Prepare and facilitate client working sessions and executive touchpoints to build trust and alignment
• Translate venture strategy and customer insights into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product-led, technology-enabled, or venture-building environments
• Proven track record in leading client-facing workstreams and translating client feedback into product decisions
• Strong fluency in discovery, strategy, MVP definition, and agile delivery
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity while balancing strategy and detail
• Executive presence and capability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
